We’re delighted to welcome Niki Slawinski to Sherpa with immediate effect.
Niki brings a perspective that sees strategy not just as an analytical tool, but as a connecting force between brand, culture and people. His focus is on providing direction, building trust and thinking about brands in a way that fosters a sense of belonging both within and beyond an organisation.
At a time of transformation, skills shortages and mounting pressure to change, this is becoming increasingly important: brands need more than visibility; they need meaning. Niki is deeply interested in what people associate with brands over the long term – both rationally and emotionally.
He explores this subject beyond his project work, too. In his book »Brands Are Memories«, he examines what really stays with people about brands, both in their minds and in their feelings.
With Niki, we’re gaining a strategist who takes a holistic view of brands, combining deep expertise with a strong understanding of people. Above all, he’s a great fit for Sherpa on a personal level.
We’re very much looking forward to working together.
