From March 2026, we’re delighted to welcome Valentin Ostwald as Director New Business & Partnerships at Sherpa in Hamburg.
Valentin brings extensive experience in new business and agency marketing. Most recently, he was Senior Manager Client Relations & New Business at David+Martin, having previously worked at cherrypicker and the PAHNKE Group, among others. He knows pitch processes, selection procedures and agency positioning from a range of perspectives.
With Valentin, we’re gaining an experienced networker who approaches new business strategically and knows how to deliver it in practice. Above all, he’s a perfect fit for Sherpa on a personal level.
