Eintracht Frankfurt offers its more than 120,000 members a wide range of over 50 sports. This puts Eintracht in the top spot as the world’s largest multi-sport club with a professional football team. To emphasise the special importance of membership, a bespoke design concept was developed to speak directly to each target group and put its members in the spotlight.

With Junior Adler, Eintracht Frankfurt offers an official kids’ club for all fans aged 0 to 12. The Eintracht Display Rounded typeface, developed specifically for younger audiences, is used. Its rounded shapes give the display font a friendly feel without compromising its strength. Themed stickers are also used as a free-form design element. At the forefront is Franky, the Junior Adler mascot, whom we have reimagined and illustrated to accompany the children on their adventures.

The club and its sports are presented predominantly in white, complemented by black lettering, patterns and graphics. This combination differentiates the various recreational sports, creates an open feel and supports the club’s values and atmosphere. A distinctive feature is the extensive collection of sports icons, which subtly echo the red line and distinctive elements of the lettering, bringing them into the overall design.
Esports has been an integral part of Eintracht Frankfurt since 2018. Guided by the motto “From grassroots to the top”, the club has created the infrastructure needed to promote esports through League of Legends and FIFA and further establish it within the club. Based on the club’s corporate design, bespoke design principles have been developed that clearly link to Eintracht Frankfurt while meeting the specific requirements.
